Agents features

Agent can view the visitors who are online (with the IP of the visitor and duration) and start chat with any by clicking on chat icon. Chat interface. Agent can maximize/minimize the chat window for the visitor by clicking on the icons above the chat. The cross icon closes the chat and move it to archive. Agent can change their name, department, passowrd and profile photo. Agent can view the chats in archive, but only admin can delete archives. Even if the LiveChat window is open agent can switch the offline mode.
