The Forced Matrix Plan is based on a recurring payments compensation structure that has a set width and depth. So each member in the system that uses forced mode needs to pay each set period of time to prolong their membership in the system, otherwise member is deleted from the system and their account is not longer active. Although there are many variations of this compensation plan, the basic concept remains the same.
The basic structure of this compensation plan is normally identified by a simple equation that distinguishes the width and depth of the plan (i.e. width x depth). For example a 3 x 5 plan suggests you can only sponsor a maximum of 3 frontline distributors and you have the potential to earn commissions up to 5 levels deep.
After registration and account activation members are placed into their sponsor's matrix. Then by efforts of members and their upline they fill in their downline levels.
To stay in the system members must periodically purchase one of the levels you as admin set in the system.
The higher level bought the higher commissions he/she will be getting from downline members' payments.
There are no recycles or opening new matrices after upgrade by default in this mode. Members stay in one matrix and their income will depend only on the levels of their downliners.
Cycling matrix mode in network marketing is based on one payment. Newcomers register in the system and right after it they have access to their backoffice. New members are placed to the system right after the ONE-TIME payment and there is no need to pay anymore. Their earnings will come from matrices cycles and reentries. This is a following-sponsor matrix, so that member is placed to the first available place in the matrix under the direct sponsor.
Member can see themselves as the top member in their own matrix in their backoffice and all the downliners can be viewed.
As soon as matrix is completed member is paid commissions for this level (the amount you as admin set in Completed Payout field of the level is added to member's inner wallet).
Member is automatically cycled - reenters at the same level, which means a new place in this level is opened for the member and this place is the first available place under recycled member's sponsor... the amount you as admin set in Level Cost field of the level completed is substracted from member's inner wallet.
Member is also automatically upgraded after completing matrix. It means that a new place on the higher level is opened for the member and this place is the first available place under member's referral if referral is already upgraded to this level. If the direct referral is still on level 1 then the system searches for the referral's referral and upper untill it "finds" the member in this level... the amount you as admin set in Level Cost field of the next level is substracted from member's inner wallet.
